RVAPB Rulebook

The primary task of the RVAPB Commission is the development of a rulebook that will guide the RVAPB process. Throughout the fall of 2022, they have been reviewing and exploring rulebooks from other PB efforts around the country. In 2023 they will start to create a rulebook specifically for Richmond.
