Implement Neighborhood Road Safety Improvements
This project will install speed bumps on Ingram Road (between Richmond Highway & E 18th Street), bump-outs at intersections along Harwood Street, Lone Street, and Richmond Highway, and a roundabout at Afton Avenue & Columbia Street/Lynhaven Avenue to improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety.

PB Staff met with Traffic Operations in the Department of Public Works to help define and discuss the scope of the selected project.
10/07/2025DPW's Traffic Operations are reviewing selected locations for speed mitigation projects, including potential speed bumps, speed tables, or other devices to slow traffic. All proposed routes must first be reviewed and approved by the Fire Marshal before design and installation can proceed. Once routes are cleared by Traffic Operations and the Fire Marshal, final installation locations will be confirmed.
